Yes my love, there is nothing that you need to learn, lose or gain, or otherwise continue to hedge (limit or qualify (something) by conditions or exceptions - thank you Google!) to be, have, do what you want.
Time + time again I will say - we picked up hesitation and insecurity in childhood, and I pray and hope and believe we will lose it again in "old age" (some women it shows up in their 40's - the "I don't G.A.FK" factor.
But I mean a deeper level of that - I mean at 85 years, at 94 years old - what will matter is the CHOICE you made in the moment to get yourself to where you are.
So I encourage, recommend and WILL you to live in the "bookend energy" of your life; with the joy and curiosity of a 5 year old and the wisdom and "just do it" attitude of a 92 year old. I talk about this in Trinity - we live in the middle of our lives, so attached to it, choosing to be defined rather than remembering and connecting to what was and what will be. This mindset shift allows us more freedom in the moment from having a bigger picture anchored in the heart, which then feeds and directs the current action.
